Hoek Designs successful in the Palma Vela Cup 2023
The Palma Vela 2023, organised by the The Real Club Nautico de Palma, was successful for various Hoek Designs in different classes.
In the Spirit of Tradition Class six of our designs participated, three Wally Nanos, an Eagle 38, the 55ft yacht Tintagel and the 56 ft yacht Bartelli II sailed in very light and difficult conditions in the bay of Palma. The overall winner was the Wally Nano Little Thilla who raced a flawless race with line honours in almost every race.
In the Maxi Class B the Truly Classic 90 Atalante did her first race under new ownership and became second in Class, winning the final race.

The Superyacht Cup Palma featured some great racing in three classes. Two yachts designed by our office took part, the J Class yacht J8 in Class B and the Truly Classic 90 Kealoha in Class C.
