The Hollander 52 has a walk around gangway around the bridge and, at just below 500 Gross Tons, easily complies with class rules. Construction will be based on a sleek aluminium hull with a long waterline and low resistance. A unique feature of the Hollander 52 is that she can undertake Pacific and Atlantic crossings at 12 knots boat speed. In keeping with the increasing desire among our clients for eco-friendly sailing, the Hollander offers you exceptionally low fuel consumption. The performance has been fully optimised, providing optimum power output as well as average fuel savings of some 25 percent compared to any other displacement yacht at 500 GT. The Hollander 52 features an ingenious diesel-electric propulsion package including gensets with varying revs. This allows the system to take full account of the total onboard power consumption. The generator and propulsion room is located below the lower deck with full headroom.
