The first in our brand new line of Truly Classic motor yacht designs is the TC 122. Developed from the core concept of our Truly Classic sailing yachts, with the same key benefits and design values, this distinctive tri-deck gentleman’s yacht combines classical elegance with ample living space, state-of-the-art systems and an exceptionally efficient underwater hull shape. 

Far more developed than a typical design concept, our Truly Classic approach lowers the threshold of entry to yacht ownership for clients who want to short-cut the lengthy,  decision-making process of commissioning a full custom project without limiting their scope to customise and precisely tailor the vessel. 

Unlike a vintage motor yacht of this size, which will usually need a crew of eight or nine, the TC 122 can officially operate – and charter – with a crew of four, though more crew can be carried. She has huge outside deck spaces on two levels and her interior volume is just under 300GT. 

The hull and internal structures are designed to easily allow a variety of layout options. The arrangement shown in these images was developed for a specific client however alternative layouts are also possible. The master suite on the main deck is roomy and bright with commanding views and a separate study. There’s a full-beam VIP suite and two other guest cabins on the lower deck, plus a laundry and a gym with a sauna. An alternative configuration could easily have up to five cabins for owners and guests. 

We’ve developed an innovative hybrid propulsion system for the TC 122 with a large single propeller operating at low RPM to minimise fuel consumption, noise and vibration. This is far more efficient than a conventional twin-prop setup. It offers transatlantic cruising range with the safety of full backup propulsion, and eight hours of silent operation with hotel systems running.
