TC 65 series
Yachting Monthly magazine described the Truly Classic 65 as "a truly beautiful classically built dream boat that instinctively looks right from all angles."
Four yachts have proven the validity of this statement to date, namely Espada (ex Savvy, ex Zephyr of Falmouth), launched in 1994 at the Dutch Built yard, Joy, (ex-Rita, ex-Maranatha, ex Duva) in 1999 at Holland Jachtbouw, Windrose in 2001, also at Holland Jachtbouw, and Schwanensee (ex Mozaiek) in 2008, a combined build between Holland Jachtbouw and Metur Yachts.
With her spoon bow, sweeping sheer and long overhangs, the TC 65 is a dramatic extension of the TC 56. Just a couple of steps down from the sheltered cockpit, the deckhouse has all the space required to plot a cruise in comfort. The aft cabins are large enough to feature ensuite facilities if required, and the splendid owners' stateroom forward is complete with settee and Pullman berth. The magnificent saloon is overlooked by the galley and can easily seat eight for dinner. The longer length of the TC 65 also enhances the passage making ability of a boat that merges form and function perfectly. As an example of how we can customise Truly Classic designs, Schwanensee's sail plan is taller than the original TC 65 and optimised for performance. The interior is designed in bare teak with carbon fibre worktops and leather floors, a new and unique styling concept.
