TC128-4 K2

The fourth TC128 is presently under construction for a repeat client. To be able to design and build yachts for existing clients is always great and shows how happy clients are with their yachts and design work.
The new yacht with project name K2 is under contract with Pendennis Shipyard and her hull, like the three predecessors, is being built by the iconic aluminium construction yard Bloemsma in Holland. Hoek Design Naval Architects are responsible for the exterior styling, all naval architecture and the interior design of the yacht.
The interior and deck layout are quite different to the previous three yachts that were built and completely customized to the owners wishes.
The beauty of the TC 128 line of yachts is that clients can experience such a yacht by chartering one for instance and then make up their mind on how they wish to have their own layouts. Three of the four owners first chartered one of the TC128’s via Hoek Brokerage which really helped them in the decision making proces.
All four yachts share the same and proven hull concept but are highly customized all around as the design concept offers the flexibility in different interior layouts and deck plans.
With one design office responsible for the naval architecture, exterior and interior design and short and direct communication lines, it makes the decision making process a lot easier and more transparent.
In this specific K2 project the interior styling is also done by our office with interior decorating, soft furnishings and lighting design done by Ken Fulk, famous for his work in the United States. It is a pleasure to work with a talented group of people and devoted owners. This is the second yacht our design studio and MCM as owners reps are working on with Pendennis Shipyard in the UK.
We look forward to yet another a great collaboration.
